Asher X is an Asian-Australian singer determined to bring his unique perspective through songwriting to the forefront of the Australian and international pop music scene.

Striving to inject diversity and representation into mainstream pop, he combines honest, heartfelt lyrics with smooth vocal textures over crisp, fun beats. With that being the hallmark of Asher X’s sound, the rhythmic “Slow Mo” and contagious “We Chill” have derived elements from his experiences growing up as an ethnic minority in his home nation.

His first EP “Medicate/Meditate” has just been released, and is a 5-song journey about love, loss, anxiety, resilience and acceptance. The EP is now available in online stores and streaming platforms, and is already impressing listeners with its well-crafted songs and inspiring themes.
